At Travero, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling by the customer are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
